MMAFighting recently recently obtained a copy of the police report from Jon Jones latest arrest for domestic battery and vehicle tampering charges by way of a public records request.

Damon Martin wrote, “According to the report, officers responded to a domestic disturbance at Caesars Palace after a call stating that a white female adult, later identified as Jones’ fiancée Jessie Moses, was bleeding from “her nose/mouth.”

Jones left the property by the time police arrived but was picked up by another unit. Police said Jones resisted arrest as he was being taken into custody.

“As Jones was being detained, he became irate and smashed his head into the front hood of the [Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department] patrol vehicle leaving a medium size dent as well as chipping of some of the paint on the vehicle,” police wrote in the report.

The vehicle-related charge is a felony under Nevada law due to the extent of the damage.

Moses later told police she was engaged to Jones and she stayed in their hotel room while he went out with friends.

The report says, “she was sleeping and Jones came back, [he] was not very happy” and when asked if he got physical with her, she answered, “a little bit yeah.”

Moses also claimed, “(Jones) “touched the back of my head and pulled my hair a little bit but he did not hit me or anything.” Moses explained that Jones allegedly grabbed her by the hair because she was “trying to leave the room.”

Police reportedly also observed blood on her lip, chin and “all over her sweatshirt.”

MMAFighting reported Moses did not want to be recorded during the process and declined to fill out a voluntary statement and declined filing for a protective order against Jones.

Jones was later released on bond with his next court appearance due on Oct. 26.

Jones has since released a statement to Instagram posted by multiple outlets:

“I HAVE WAY TOO MUCH TRAUMA TO CONSUME ALCOHOL,” JONES WROTE. “MY BRAIN SIMPLY CAN’T HANDLE IT ANYMORE. I WILL LEAVE ALCOHOL IN MY PAST FOREVER.. NOW IS THE TIME TO WORK HARDER THAN EVER.”

“TURN THIS NIGHTMARE INTO THE BEST THING TO EVER HAPPEN IN MY LIFE.

“WHAT THE DEVIL MEANS FOR BAD, GOD MEANS FOR GOOD.

“GET RIGHT BACK ON MY HORSE.”
